Prep when you need it.
Sex can be an unpredictable affair. Sometimes we have more sex than other times. We're flexible, we flow in our sex lives; sometimes things just happen. You can take PrEP during these periods of flexiblity and sexual spontaneity.
Take PrEP daily when you're at risk. Stop when you're not.
Word of advice though: TALK IT OUT WITH YOUR DOCTOR!
